Sean Troland, General Manager
Sean began his service to the Light in 2005 when he was elected to the CMI Board of Directors where he functioned in officer roles for the majority of his over nine years of service. He transitioned to the role of General Manager in October of 2014.
Sean’s relationship with God changed greatly when he discovered Christian radio. It was through The Light in particular that he was encouraged to attend church and came to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. He has a great passion to see the Light continue to excellently proclaim the gospel throughout Vermont and surrounding states so that others will be drawn to the Lord and believers will be equipped in their own walks.
In 2009 Sean formed Full Measure Ministries, which broadcast a short feature, the ‘Full Measure Minute’, on the Light from 2009-2014. Sean has also been very active in his church for many years, presently serving as elder and associate pastor.
Sean has been married to Maria for over 17 years and they have two daughters, Gianna and Sofia; a standard poodle named Gracie, a guinea pig, rabbit and seven finicky but friendly chickens. Sean has been known to strum a guitar on occasion and can also be seen driving a large convertible classic car on a sunny day. Sean and his family live in Milton, Vermont.

Shawn Tkach is a Coast Guard veteran, entrepreneur, and Communication major at Champlain College. Although born in Raleigh, NC he has never considered any place home besides Vermont.
Among other things, Shawn is passionate about worship, unity, and financial freedom for the advancement of God’s Kingdom. In his free time he writes and records music, DJs/runs live sound, and sews TKACH Bags on his industrial machine (a skill learned in the Coast Guard).
Shawn married his wife, Danielle, while serving at Coast Guard Station Annapolis. Upon completion of his enlistment they swiftly moved back to Vermont to get away from big cities, the 495 beltway, and terrifyingly hot summers. They now happily reside once again in Jericho.
